At Packaging by TrioGlobal Solutions, we know how important it is for you to receive your order on time. Below, you’ll find our order processing and delivery timelines, as well as important shipping details.


Order Processing & Turnaround Times

The delivery time for your order depends on both processing time and shipping duration. Once confirmed, your order enters production, and billing charges are non-refundable.

We offer the following production turnaround options (availability may vary by product and will be shown during checkout):

  • Standard Turnaround (Free): Ships within 12–15 business days after final approval.

  • Rush Orders (Paid Option): Ships within 8–12 business days after final approval.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in preparing your order, but once shipped, we are not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for claim processing.


International Shipping

  • We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If an investigation or return to our warehouse is required, customers may be asked to complete an Authorization Form.
