Intellectual Property

• You are responsible for ensuring that any content, artwork, or designs you submit do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use all submitted content and authorize us to produce your order accordingly.

Customer Responsibility

• All content, designs, and files you provide remain your responsibility. We are not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, graphics, orientation, or low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer.

• Proof approvals are final. Printing begins only after customer approval, and changes cannot be made afterward.

Colors & Printing

• We strive for accurate color reproduction, but slight variations may occur due to printing processes and materials. Exact color matches are not guaranteed without ordering a hardcopy proof.

• Packaging materials are not food-grade unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once printing or shipping has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

• Because all orders are custom, all sales are final. No refunds are issued. If an error is verified to be on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.

• Claims for defects or damages must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping usually takes 12–15 business days after final approval. Rush options (8–12 business days) may be available at an extra charge.

• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments.

Limitation of Liability

Packaging by Trioglobal Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, services, or products.
